Method
One of two pieces of evidence will suffice
a) a photo of actual people with their heads out the portacabin window, taken by paul
or
b) Paul convinces camera people to zoom in on the portacabin!
Result type: a photo or shot on the live stream of @oneandotherweb folks

Comments and predictions
Paul's already got an 18x zoom camera, so if he can use a tripod or some other means of stabilising, it should be possible to take a photo of the portakabin camera (which I think has a real genuine human behind it, instead of being remotely controlled from inside.)
mittfh: I think it's remote-controlled too actually - Mike_F got them to zoom in on it from one of the plinth cameras during his guide to using the plinth during his hour and it was just suspended from the corner of the building. However I can certainly try to get them or my camera to zoom in to the windows of the Welcome Centre and see what we can see...
